  Never come to this company!!! I been doing everything they been telling me, just to waist 2 months and nothing been done. Can’t even get a loan anywhere else because I have them on my title. Even though they gave me the address to put on title it’s somehow wrong. The employees ante nice but I just waisted 2 months and can’t even get anything now I have to go back to down town Houston and try and remove them from my Lien waist more time and money and hopefully in 6 weeks when I get a new tittle I can get another loan somewhere else!!!!! Don’t waist your time

  Daniela was not helpful at all... both my mom and I applied online and got approved even with collateral. Submitted all documents to then get a call stating loan was denied... no explanation... would never recommend this financial institution to anyone.

  Hello, the agents were very professional .There were no bad waves coming from the agents. They performed all of the credit checks and verifications. I would recommend anyone to apply .

  Called the branch ahead of time & asked if they could clear my loan balance using a money order(3 of them) Waited almost 10 minutes & was told their system was down & wouldn't be able to do so person asked me for a different type of payment even I've already bought the money orders.Girl stated they hardly take payments using money orders couldn't understand why they keep telling customers something/Not true (lies)

  Place is terrible. Told me I got approved over the phone and had me waiting all day in their office just to tell me that they withdrew the approval. Had me took a day off from work and miss a full day of pay just for this rejection. Would not recommend to anybody who doesn’t have free time to waste.

  Thanks to the customer service representatives who were very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions l was able to get my loan within a short period of time. I walked out with a check in about one hour.
