      When I got the pre-approval for a secure loan, I was asked to upload some documents. When I was uploading the documents, I called this branch to make sure I was uploading the documents. The first person I talked to said that I had to upload my paid stub from my current job which I did now they saying the car title have to be on my name before I could get the loan how can I get my name in someone else title when I have not paid for the car does that even make any sense this is one of the useless lender have ever seen no wonder is always empty to hell with them

      The reason I didn’t give it one star because of the lady at the end that explained everything to why they couldn’t move forward with the loan. Just wanted yo clarify what had happened that had caused me to write this review: When I got the pre-approval for a secure loan, I was asked to upload some documents. When I was uploading the documents, I called this branch to make sure I was uploading the documents. The first person I talked to said that I had to upload my paid stub from my current job but also unemployment that I received earlier this year. Once I submitted the documents (including my car information and insurance), I got a call the next day where the agent told me I was more approved since I uploaded the unemployment earlier this year, which apparently I was not supposed to add the document in the first place. She told me to apply again in 30 days (which doesn’t make sense since I would get declined again for the same reason). It’s crazy how miscommunication (as in getting two different answers for one problem) occurred when calling this location and also they don’t state this on the application as well. It also sucks that even though my application got denied, they now still will have my sensitive documents that I originally uploaded.

      I ve to say my visit was very detailed from rhe beginning to the end. The loan officer was very polite and professional from start to finish.i wish there were other people like her our there in the work field.

      Tiffany Chambers was SUPERB! Her customer service was wonderful. She recognized that my application was stalled at another branch and she quickly took it upon herself to complete the process of honoring my request for a new loan. My family and I are truly grateful for her professionalism, friendliness and for going above and beyond making a last minute appointment so that the loan could be finalized.

      My wife applied for a loan on 9 OCT 18. After a week of back and forth on the phone and emailing documents, our appointment was today at 5pm. We finally got seen at 5:35pm. For 40 minutes I listened as two reps went over our documents, stating they needed to verify items, yet what they needed had been sent to them already. "Can you call your Housing company to verify your residence, they aren't picking up for me?....oh wait, did you send me your rental agreement? That's all I need." Then came the Tax verification... where is your 1040X? Never had one ..We can't do anything without it. WHY THE HELL DIDN'T YOU FIGURE THAT OUT AT 8AM WHEN YOU FIRST LOOKED AT IT??? You've been calling about everything else all day!!

      Worst service ever! Britini, who is suppose to be the branch manager, has No follow up or follow through. I had to contact them to find out, what was going on with the loan, only to be informed it had been closed because they couldn’t verify my employer. They never even contacted me! Never again.
