  This was way more professional and easy than I had ever expected. I had an emergency and needed cash, the team at the Apopka location walked me through the process so I understood everything that was happening. Treated me with total respect. Every time I've called to make an extra payment or just inquire about something on my account they have always picked up the phone, and answered my questions respectfully and professionally.

They explain the entire procedure in detail and my agent Orlando took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable!   This was the easiest, fastest loan process I’ve ever had. First you apply then you will get a number on how much you can get approved for, doesn’t mean you will get that much it’s up to that amount. It is secured so you will need collateral. I got an email to upload items and I did that. Got an appointment for the very same day went in To go over documentation that was provided and specifications of the entire loan which took about an hour or so and I was out the door and receive my deposit the very next day before 11 AM.

  I received a loan for 3500 for some Attorney fees and credit card debt. I saw Naomi Reid in the Apopka Florida location. She was very helpful and polite. The process was easy and fast. I would recommend them to people in need.

  I did my app through loan on line and get approved with one main for 6400 they ask to call for apoin I did the lady answer and start asking me bunch question not even related to the loan and then she said sorry we can’t approve at this time only way to do It give you loan agains your car title they are a theft if I would I give them a 0 . I make that money in 2 weeks they wrong how to do shily business and shily custmer service .

  No matter when you make your payment during the month, the website always shows it as due on the due date, even if the due date has passed. This can be very confusing/concerning when you are trying to keep your bills straight. Their answer when asked about it is, oh we can't do anything about it, just call us if you are unsure. Seriously? In this day and age? Surely I am not the only one to complain about this.
