  I had a great experience with them. Cristal was very helpful and professional. This was my second time using them and both times I had great experiences. There was no judgment if my credit was not the best and I was always treated respectfully. Would definitely recommend.

  I'm a customer and I'm in good standing. However, I called to inquire about a question I had and before I could finish my question I was interrupted and the person was attempting to talk over me. That person would not stop and instead of listening to me she hung up. I attempted to call her back and she did not answer. I will never borrow from this company again. Horrible customer relations.

  Natasha is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. If you have to deal with these people, make sure it isnt her. She is heartless and an absolute horror.
