  They verified my income by digitally logging into my account. Which btw made me uncomfortable. I did it to simplify the process. Than, after that they wanted my personal vehicle information? My roommates information? The already had my employer information, I u;loaded pay info, and still wanted more about them? I chose to walk away. My car loan didn't require all of this. Non of my credit cards. Not even my rental unit. Ill pass. Seems shady and invasive.

  If I could give this company negative starts I would! I called in regards to our payment, I was told we don't own a payment until the following month. Because we had been over paying each month for a "rainy day". When we made our following monthly payment the next month we recieved a recipt for the whole .03 cents that went towards the principle out a $365.00 payment the rest was put towards interest! They had charged us increased interest for the whole month we didn't make the payment that we had already paid in advance!! They are a joke and will rip you off!!! I highly suggest going through any other company besides this one! The people are rude and even argued with me that he had spoken to my husband when I had been the one to call about the paymwnt status my husband has never in 11 years made a call to one of our bills he hates it!!! Save yourself the trouble and the rip off and go literally anywhere else!!!

  I was able to pay off all my bills and remodel my house. I can rest knowing I have one bill to pay and get ready for retirement.

  Very dishonest and I lost several thousand dollars. They do not tell you about the 1000.00 origination fee till they've kept you waiting, so your frustrated and just want to sign and go home. THEN YOU SEE IT and really can't change your mind at that point!!! BAIT AND SWITCH is illegal VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

  This a bait and switch scam.They get in saying a 10% personal loan then say we can give you a 31% title loan and my credit score is in the 700s. Be careful borrowing from this business.

  I am not pleased with the service that l received from the representative that plowed through the paperwork without explanation. That did not genuinely listen to me, and exactly give me the loan that l wanted and qualified for. But, gave me what he wanted me to have.

  The people at the Reno office are amazing. They treated us with respect and we had our money very next day! Highly recommend!

  I should have seen the first review before dealing with this place!!!!!!!! Amber is the most unprofessional person ive met in my life!!!!!!! She just doesnt care to people, no respect and doesnt have a heart for her job!!!!! Really really bad customer service!!!!!!
