  Make sure you get them to tell you the FULL cost of the loan. 30% most likely means 80% "over the course of the loan". Update: Your interest rates have nothing to do with what I'm saying. It's the fact that One Main is not compliant with Regulation Z and has been reported for such.

  Very poor customer service!! I walked in & was not greeted. I took a seat for a while then someone finally came to tell me they are backed up today and couldn't help me and I would need to go online. If I wanted to do my application online I would have done that, I drove all the way here just to have to turn around because this office is badly managed. I would recommend you guys definitely check out other loan offices before even trying here. Maybe ATLAS CREDIT 🥱 Anyways, the whole situation was handled poorly and I will not be back.

  Great experience all around! Brittany at the Broadway branch in Tyler was awesome! Very professional and nice to deal with. I would recommend One Main to anyone needing financial help.

  Awful company. Will tell you one thing and then something completely different. The staff is friendly enough - except when sounding disgusted by your application collateral. It seems like depending on who you talk to determines whether or not you get approved. Management is no help and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Look at other options!
