  We had a very positive experience, we had no trouble being approved for the loan we applied for. Our loan manager was knowledgeable and professional.

  Lacy was sweet and helpful. I appreciate her efforts in getting me approved HOWEVER it was not the amount I requested so I declined the offer. Once declined her attitude changed but more importantly the branch manager had a very bad attitude. She was down right rude in telling me they pulled all kinds of strings to get me approved. Pretty sure that's what the job entails. I got a better offer at a better interest rate. Anybody in my position including the branch manager would be stupid not to take the better offer.

  Very rude with experience, talked to the manager about my loan process and the employees lied on my application just to make my loan process dent in the end . Do not recommend unless you know exactly what you are looking for . I went through this process for over a week, all excitement. Just to be told they had to run my credit all over for nothing . Very disappointed. Do not recommend at all .

  Got approved for a loan after I applied. Received email saying “congratulations we need you to submit a few more info such as license and registration.” Branch reached out to me a day later and asked for info I already filled out when I applied and told me a different amount than I was approved for, and then lady said I got denied. I reached out to 1800 and they were no help at all. Disappointed . Horrible customer service all the way around.

  They do not stop calling me and I am not the guy they are looking for. Told them more than enough every time they call me. However tho, those low IQ people are keep calling me.

  Get told one thing, then another. Hang ups, incorrect calculations, etc. Just poor service in general.

  This company I will never do business with Just because I know firsthand how they treated some other customers that were having hard times did not even let them know they were having payment taken out of their check until they got a letter from the courts then they had all those fees piled on top and now after they’ve already paid it all and they sent them their title they still are taking money out of their check
