  Ashley and her team are awesome! In spite of the issues we faced in our construction process, Ashley made sure we never had any worries about our loan. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and a true lifeline for us. We are forever grateful for the personal attention she gave us, and for always treating us like our business mattered.   My husband and I had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They were extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable and patient! Hailey was absolutely perfect and an extreme pleasure to work with. Cara was also amazing! Honestly, they are all great and a perfect team of people. After shopping around we are so blessed to have picked them and we thank them for doing everything on their end to get us into our first home!

  We are well pleased with the professionalism and caring team over at GMFS. Ashley and Kara Made our home purchase easy and smooth to say the least. Not only did these guys Make our experience pleasurable they also made us feel comfortable and worry free which allowed us to work our jobs while they got everything done for us .
