  I took out a loan with OneMain Financial, using my car as collateral. After completing the transaction, it was difficult getting in touch with the branch, as they rarely respond to voicemails or e-mails. Once the loan was paid off, they were supposed to return the title of my car to me. Once I finally got someone to respond to me, they advised me that they put it in the mail months ago, sorry, it must be lost. They did not send it certified or any other way that it could be tracked. Now I need to go to the trouble and expense of obtaining a replacement. They promised to provide me with a letter, but I still have not received it.

  Wow, horrible. Clay was very nice and professional, but they took a while to approve an auto loan and came back with a 15% rate!! I’ve never even heard of such a thing!! Very disappointing. I definitely do not recommend.

  This process was simple and quick. Clay and Angely were extremely professional and friendly. From start to finish, I had my money in 5 days.

  OneMain Rewards is not accessible. I need to access the site to use the rewards. Are there any IT or compatibility notices that I need to be made aware of? Only use Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome?

  Do not get a loan from here. Their interest rates are beyond the level of a reasonable interest rate at 29%. Not only will I not recommend onemain financial to anyone, I won't ever take out a loan from them again.

  They say you are approved and then change every around. Manager was completely rude on the phone as well.
