      Stay away from this dealership. I have been using them to service my vehicle for 2 years and had a number of bad experiences with them; 1. Went in to pickup my vehicle from the service dep. and noticed dents and scratches on my vehicle. 2. Spent $3000+ to purchase a set of tires through Mercedes Benz of Newton. Six months after driving on the new tires i noticed vibrations under braking and at 60 mph. took it in for them to check it out, and they told the tires at the front are bad and i would need to replace them to get rid of the vibration. 3. On a number of occasions, The "Check your engine Oil" message appeared on my Dash; and this was just 1 month after servicing at Mercedes Benz of Newton. Bring it in for them to check it out, and they are telling me this is normal and i would have to pay them to top it up with oil.

      We’re disappointed to hear you are not happy with your experience at MB of Newton. Unfortunately, while you may have put new tires on your car, 6 months after it was recommended a rotation and alignment was needed, as the technician noted the tires were wearing on the inside. You declined multiple times. We can’t control how you drive your car. Anything as simple as hitting a pot hole could have caused that. As far as the oil, normal oil consumption is one quart every 600 miles. So, depending on your diving habits your oil level will fluctuate. An additional 4,000 miles were put on your vehicle since your last oil change. We offered to top off all your fluids and perform another vehicle check for a very reasonable price. I’m sorry you weren’t happy with our offer.

      The worst but take your money after lucky to get one star, I had my mercedes towed to this place Friday ,for the first and last time for a new key .Service was not nice when I arrived, My Mercedes Ml 350 rear wheel was off lugs not tight park in their lot and My front bumper tow cover was gone service manager said he don't know what I am talk about, he not replacing anything how dare him not professional at all. Pricing is bad RIP Off company Go to crossroad mercedes friendly better service there.......😡😡😡😡

      Unfortunately, there are always two sides to every story. Ever since your car was towed here you had a problem with our service department to the point where you were asked by not only the Service Advisor, but the Service Manager to have the vehicle towed to another dealer. It was your decision not to. Your claim that we took your tow cover on the car is completely false. You should be looking at the vendor who towed your car to us. We repaired your vehicle as requested and the price came in under the original estimate. Best of luck at your next service with another dealer.

      I'm customer of Mercedes-Benz for 15 years. At this time we own 3 Mercedes cars. My last purchase I call as "big mistake" to purchase from Mercedes of Newton. People from Mercedes treaded us nicely until they get our last payment and last signature. The time they didn't get last payment and last signature from us they call us family. After 3 day car have problem : check engine light up. Of course cars is on warranty. We call them about this issue and conversation with manager have unprofessional end. "Take care of you car. Cars is yours. We been paid in full ". Of course we going to other Mercedes dealer to take care of our car. This is just WARNING for other people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! or make sure all is done right way until they get from you last payment and last signature. I'm responding now after 3 days: We went to other Mercedes Benz dealer to resolve our small issue with car. Was easy without any unprofessional conversation with manager, any stress... Please. "Better to stay with dealer that has a higher level knowledge and professionalism than what I have to dealt with"!!!!!!!

      Mr. Barlik. Since your call the other day, the team has done everything possible to get your car looked at. We not only called your local dealership, but offered to have the vehicle brought back to our dealership. You could have called Mercedes Roadside Assistance to have your car towed or we could have arranged for our flatbed to pick it up, but you didn't want to wait to have it looked at so I'm not sure what else you would have liked us to do. All our cars go through a rigorous check and it's unfortunate the check engine light came on, but it needs to be hooked up to a diagnostic machine to see what the issue is.

      Their service department is quite good but very expensive and you have to use them because no one else can get access to the on board computer even though my truck is 7 years old. It is over $1000 just to get it serviced. That's nuts. I will most likely never buy another Mercedes Benz.

      The car I leased from this dealer is a great car and I love it. My problem is with the crew I dealt with. The salesman, the sales manager and the financial clerk, they run a scam and when I faced them hoping for correction they treated me as I have four heads. They insulted me assuming I am a dump person. That will not go away and I will never let go. The amount of money is small but the personal damage is way very great. I will prevail with my lawyer help. I will never deal with these people again.

      The first review I wrote earlier was before I went back to pick up my car and before the conversation I had with the attendant in the service department at the Newton Dealership. I own a 2008 Mercedes C 300. I went in to get a full diagnostic on my car and possibly would fix it if it was worth it or trade and purchase another certified pre owned vehicle. After the diagnostic I was told that the repairs were more than possibly what the car was worth. To make a long story short, the attendant, decided to tell me that she did not want to hurt my feelings, but they had a Toyota dealership just up the road and maybe I don't need to buy a Mercedes. but something more affordable. I guess she made her determination when I stated, it would not be feasible to pay for repairs that is over the value of the car, or maybe, it was when I said I really cant afford to purchase a new car at this time. Little did she know, all she needed to do was send me a salesman with experience to convince me other wise. I possibly would have purchased a new Mercedes. Trust, I would not be in Mercedes if I could not afford one. She was nicely saying I could not afford a Mercedes. Wow, I did say that I did not feel it would be economical to spend more for repairs than what a car is worth. So funny my family has 4 cars, one which is an Audi, I just cosigned for 2 other vehicles for my children which is parked in my 5 car driveway. She did not once try to get me into another vehicle. it is ok. I am well loved and respected, Since I am an Anger Management Specialist and Life Coach, that is why this behavior did not offend me. It is so sad that some people don't know who they are talking to when they try and stereotype you. I am an educated and Blessed Afro American Woman who appreciate life and my blessings. Having encounters like this just make me stronger. I did not try to impress her at all. I grabbed my keys after returning her loaner car that I did not like to drive at all. Not only am I a City Employee making over 100, 000 and also a business owner. I am not mad at Mercedes, because I love Mercedes. I am disappointed in the attendant in the service department at the Newton dealership. She knows who she is. I will always go to Mercedes, I just wont return to the Newton Dealership. I am proud of her, she has been a customer service attendant for over 15 years.

      I'm sorry to hear you did not have a good experience at Mercedes-Benz of Newton. In speaking with my Service Advisor, she did inform me that your vehicle needed about $7,000-$8,000 worth of work, which based on the age of your car and the mileage she wouldn't recommend spending that much to repair it. She said she did suggest a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz and even went on our website with you to show you what we had. Unfortunately the only car you saw in your price range was sold, at which time she spoke to you about our ex-courtesy vehicles that come out service and could be leased or purchased for a discount. You also mentioned you did not like the touch shift on the column on the newer cars and preferred the center console shift. The Service Advisor mentioned that none of our cars come with the center console shift but she could see if our Pre-Owned Manager could find you one as he goes on the auction sites and buys our cars on a regular basis. She wasn't trying to be insulting when she mentioned our sister Honda Dealership. Honda makes wonderful cars and all she was trying to do was to help you out. We would much rather not loose a sale to Honda but again she was giving you options, none of which seemed to be acceptable to you. Our pre-owned inventory changes on a regular basis and if you let us know exactly what your looking for we can keep an eye out for it.

      I have to be completely honest I had a Wonderful experience at intercar this has been the best dealership I've been too! Sales staff was great especially Preston who sold us the car for a great deal and The owner was great! It was pretty far from where I live which is Burlington NJ but it was way worth the drive for the deal and service I received.
