  After being turned down from other loan places which I didn’t understand why with me having good credit I was down on my luck and was in need of some money I happen to run across this place and they helped me with no problems and it went smoothly and I had the money the next day i highly recommend them 😍

  The processing of my loan went smoothly and quickly. I remain impressed by their professionalism and integrity. While I didn't get the exact amount I requested, when I put their approved loan amount with one of my December paychecks, it was enough to pay the $2, 200 sales tax for my 2018 Kia Optima LX auto. Thanks!

  I could literally write a book about this place from bad customer services from mangers that is but the being 3 months behind on reporting the accuracy of on time payments is terrible call and ask questions about it and nothing is done but giving great attitude but they will report a miss payment ASAP i will never recommend their service.

  I am so disappointed that I even attempted a small loan with OneMain Financial. I recently refinanced my house so I know my credit score is over 775, I have cash on hand but thought it might be a better plan to leave that in savings and get a small $5000 loan for a purchase. The interest rate was 35.99% during these times of record low rates! I now have an inquiry on my credit for this worthless attempt. I recommend avoiding this company. Oh, by the way, they did offer to refinance my vehicle currently at 5.5% interest at a rate of 16% instead.

  Very disappointed as I feel this company gave me false hope. I needed the loan to consolidate debt I was "pre-approved" for $4000. After submitting all of the information they deny me because there isn't enough equity in my car that was required to be used for collateral. I don't understand that since my car is a 2017 in perfect condition. Haley was very nice during the process but I am extremely disappointed in the out come.

  Least accommodating company I've EVER experienced in my life. We received a call under the guise of "checking in on us"...let me start by saying the person on the phone didnt introduce herself or say who she was calling for...when I explained that my wife and I were both out of work because the stay at home order and that only 1 of us was receiving unemployment and no assistance...they asked us if not making the FULL payment (they still wanted us to pay the interest for the month)for the month would help "ease the stress". Keep in mind, not only are we current on our loan, but we've made 1 late payment in 3 years. In fact 1 loan we took out we paid off a year early. They explained that this was a plan they had started with the current COVID19 crisis. I immediately called b.s. and explained to them that exactly 1 year ago when my wife was out of work for 12 weeks with NO maternity pay they offered the EXACT SAME "assistance." And then the branch manager Mike snidely asked what do you expect a lender to do about my wife not having maternity leave? Not only will I NOT recommend them for any type of loan...but in fact I'll recommend another company by the name of BestEgg. Customer service has been more than incredible EVERY SINGLE TIME we've spoken with them and when we needed their help they were more than happy to.

  David is the best. He has gone above and beyond for me. First with the initial loan process (only took a few mins not really a process). Then again when I needed to postpone a payment. He is knowledgeable and the best at his job and a great human being all around! If there were more people like David in this world we would all be better off! Long review but I truly appreciate him! Seriously, even if you’re closer to another OneMain Finacial go to him at this location! You will see for yourself!

  The process for getting my loan was quick and has terms that are straightforward and easy to understand. My agent was helpful and willing to answer all my questions and everything thus far has gone as I expected.

  My experience with them will never happen again the first time they sent me a letter I threw the grabbage in the trash then today I try it for the first time In they say I needed a co-signer I just won't them to stop sending me this grabbage through the mail in you know im not going to be able to be approve the loan in to anybody out there that received a letter from one main financial be careful because they get your information in trick you making u think u going to get the loan the whole time they already know you not going to get approve if you ask me I think they scammers trying to get your information i wouldn't recommend know one to this place ever because they are a bunch of lyers they wrong for deceiving people
