  They suck. Plain and simple. They have 5 people standing around but won’t give me a replacement card without making an appointment for tomorrow. When I go to other Bank of America branches to get a replacement card, they do it right there and it takes 5 minutes at the most. I think they’re just lazy.

  All of the complaints about long and slow lines are correct. Every time I go in there is a very long wait, even for the simplest of transactions. Today (9/11/2019) they had a single teller working a line that grew to 12 people in the 30 minutes that I was there (I was 4th in line). There were several other employees standing around gawking at the long line, including the manager, but no one jumped up to the counter to get us out faster. Poorly run branch. I will definitely be exploring my options with First Community or another local credit union. FYI, the CEO, Brian Moynihan, makes 1.5 million/year and got a $25 million dollar bonus this year, dealing with OUR money.

  Extremely long wait times. Over and hour and a half in line with one teller working.

  No matter what time of day I go to this bank there is always an enormous line and lengthy wait time. Today there were 14 people ahead of me. When i left there were 15 people in line. Two tellers, no drive thru l. There is no excuse for this. I blame the hierarchy for this mess. We will spend our time in your long lines so the big wigs can get their bonuses.

  The lines ALWAYS have 15 to 16 people waiting with one teller, AND NO HELP and AT LEAST 5 to 6 employees standing around stopping people at the door that they CAN NOT HELP!!! This is not a great idea to me. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. If another employee does come to help they may wait on 1 or 2 people then walk away. While we all stand there and watch.

  Bank of America continues to disappoint. Long lines and closed branches. They want you to use the mobile app and ATMs for everything. Time to transfer to a new bank.

  Ok as far as national banks are. Really though, what's with the fee's you guys have. Not only how high they can be but what you can get them for. Come on, enough with all that mess. Banking should not be so costly. Nobody is perfect. Oh yeah, let's also not forget this bank and every other makes money off of our money.Daily. If banks eliminated all fees, they would still be super rich and make lots of money.

  Every single time.... Been a customer for over 25 years. This is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional branch in the region. Once, after waiting in line, I was asked by a manger to make my transaction outdoors. (Totally uncomfortable and had to ask the gaurd to stand w me) Never a notary available. Not sure of the phone number is correct, bc no one answers it.

  Need more star! For this bank!!! Best place and good bank ever I know. Bank specialist Mr. JASON was very helpful. I love your great job. Again I want to be the customer of Bank of America. But I moved here in Ohio.Thanks.

  Didn't have any issues with this bank. Don't bank here and had to cash a check at this branch. Very long line but went by fairly quickly. I was in and out in probably less than ten minutes.
