  Outstanding and consistent communication from the loan officer. All loan documents were completed digitally and at a distance which was extremely convenient and timing was very short from start to finish. Just an outstanding job from start to finish.

  Jennifer who was my loan specialist at One Main Financial was professional , friendly and very proficient in processing my loan request quickly. She had all my loan paperwork prepared before I came in making what I expected to be a very stressful process very seamless and stress free.

  This place has screwed me over more than once. When applied for loan they gave me the run around to were . Ever time i went in there to pick up load they would need sonething else . Even when,i was given the load the card they gave me wouldn't work and i had to go back to get another 1. Now so they cover there ass they dropped the ball and said my automatic payment didn't go through saying it was my banks fault to cover there ass. Not good business. So to all that get a loan from this place think twice because they will screw you over.

  My payments due on the 14th I go online and make my payment and on the 15th they take an additional payment out and now have blocked my number from calling the local branch since Tuesday this is now Saturday still waiting for Crystal or the manager to call me back after they screwed my electric bill money up my bank account is now negative 200 some dollars because they're incompetent incompetent talk about take advantage of somebody when they're down that's what these people do!!
