  They will rip you off. Regret going here. Happy I didn’t proceed with giving them my other set. I wanted to get rid of some pieces I don’t wear anymore. He quoted my set for 850$. Their scale is 100% wrong. They weighed my set at 39g ... two other shops weighed it at 49g. I regret selling them my set. But lesson learned. Go anywhere else. And the guy there will speak to you like you know nothing about jewelry. Very unprofessional.

  The woman who I worked with was not inviting. She spoke very low (on top of being behind glass) and barely kept eye contact. The price they quoted me was extremely low compared to other places and they did not care to express why. Also, at the next window, another gentleman was holding a conversation with someone he knew. They were speaking very loudly, about things personal which I found to be unprofessional. In environments where people are discussing financials and bringing in their valuables, I feel staff should keep those types of behaviors to a limit. It didn't make me feel comfortable at all.

  I was too lazy to drive to my usual place when I need a loan quickly .... I get $500 for my piece but they offered me 200 and when I questioned there freakishly low figure the guy waves me off and said just go . Never again

  Got here around 4:45 hoping to catch a last minute sale. They were closed. Advertise they close at 5. No Bueno
