  I've been in business with them for a while. After an emergent need arose the staff assisted me with much more than I ever needed to cover my need with plenty of room to spare. Thanks to the staff and their resourcefulness

  I needed a loan for an upcoming surgery and was in need of a certain amount. The lady, Carrissa was not at all informative of any of the loan after she took my personal information. I had to keep asking her questions, what’s the rate, what would the payment be, is there an annual fee, and on and on. I was a loan officer for almost 20 years and the way she spoke to me was as if she needed to make a sale. She wasn’t concerned about what was best or informing me of ins and outs of the loan. I sent my pay stub and license over and then I received a call from the manager Wanda and all she said was well you have been approved for 1100 less then what I needed and proceeded to “get me processed”. She didn’t give me an opportunity to say no or ask why just-I am going to get this processed! I was a number, a sale, meeting of a goal for the day! I understand sales but to push on through without asking any questions to me is pushy!! I almost cancelled this loan! I would NOT recommend working with this office at all!! They need to be coached on customer service and be more informative. Also, after reading over my contract, I noticed I had an application fee of 300.00 tied into my loan!! I also processed personal loans and the first thing I would tell customers is that there is an annual fee or additional fees right away! I had to see that after the fact. Unacceptable!! I hope this gets to the top! I am frustrated about the whole process over the phone. I walked away from this transaction discouraged and mislead! If I wasn’t in need so quickly of a loan I wouldn’t have accepted it. I think they knew that also!

  uhm....what i can say.. : you will get not things ....Stay away from them , or they will copy your personal information ...? when i coming, fist thing he say : He want copy my income tax, why he not just looking, and tell me i can get a loan or not ? if yes, then he can copy, if no, just let me go ...

  The mobile site is completely horrible and the fact that you do no business on Saturday’s or Sunday’s is deplorable. Once I pay off my loan through your institution I will never do business with your organization again.
