  Lilly Title just helped us to close on our house purchase. It was a very good experience. They are prompt and professional. We live an hour away from Staunton and couldn't drive on the closing day. So their closer drove all the way here. They helped us close the next day after our loan was approved and all loan paperwork was sent to them. We are very impressed with the quality of service and speed. I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Lilly Title!

  Beware of businesses that only show you the positive reviews.... I took a chance and used this company for my refinance...that was a big mistake. They did not pay off my cc debit expedited...as a matter of fact...they snail mailed the payments during the busiest time of the year for the postal system...who does that? Then they suggest that I make the payments...like what? Isn't that their job? Avoid this company. There are too many other companies in the area that know what they are doing. This one does not. Now I will have to incur late payment charges....ugh

  I aplogize that you are unhappy. Your file funded 12/27 because the courthouse was closed 12/23 and 12/24. You were advised that this would fund 12/27 which it did. We can't UPS to post office boxes and title companies don't participate in Electronic Fund Transfers due to fraud.

  We noticed the reviews posted by other homeowners and thought we’d give the Lily Title Company a try. We’re so glad we did. Tammy is extremely personable and accommodating and very professional. Our property purchase was far too easy and stress free. As the saying goes, we hit the mother lode with Ms. Lily. We could not have been any more pleased with the title service provided.   Family run small business. They work with all local banks and larger nation wide lenders too. They will come to you whereever you are and willing to travel around the state for closings. They go the extra mile during closings with friendly and experienced staff.

  The crew at Lilly Title and Settlement are the best! When they handle a settlement I never have to worry. I never have to ask about the status of a closing because they send me weekly updates and if there is anything I need to know in the meanwhile, they contact me right away. As a busy Realtor that's extremely important. Their knowledge and years of experience are simply unbeatable. In all the years I have worked with them, I have not seen a mistake. Tammy Lilly is meticulous in making sure every document is checked and double checked before it leaves her office. I always trust Lilly Title to operate with total integrity and to always have a positive "can do" attitude!
