  I am here to second the lady about this company being a bunch of crooks. The balance has barely moved in 11 months. I just checked the payoff balance and they want MORE money to payoff the loan. Every other place you have a loan through knocks off the leftover interest, not these people. It's like they are penalizing you for paying off early, which they say they won't do! Absolutely do NOT do business with them. Deserving of zero stars and we will be fighting this.

  Hi Jennifer. All standard installment loans follow a structure that applies initial payments to the interest, while final payments are applied to the principal.   If I could put a zero star I would. Worst staff in the world rudest, nastiest attitudes out of any place I've dealt with. I got approved then a rude lady called then said she would call me back in 5 to 20 minutes, but never called. So when I called back another lady answer with a attitude and yelled at me that they were understaffed right now. Its not nice to be mean to people even if you had a bad day. Never work with them they will not help anyone but give you attitude. I hope one day they will hire new people with nicer attitudes and give everyone respect!

  OMG, I don't trust them at all. I just found out after checking my payment statements In almost a year (over $2,000 on payments) only $20 dollars was added to our principal the rest (about 98% of every payment) was going to interest WOW! This is an example Out of $425.00 payment only $0.60 cents went to my Principal and $424.40 to interest . This was done about every month for almost a year. This is not the percentage we agree on with this company. We demand an explanation , all we got is excuses. I was wondering why my balance hasn't moved, we owe the same as if we didn't made any payments for a year. I am never again getting a loan with them. We are definitively going to get help to fight this.

  OneMain were compassionate and understood what I was going through at a difficult time in my life. Scott in the office in Brettwood village was the best. Did all he could to make it happen. Would recommend this place to others!!

  The girls were friendly and helpful, in spite of being very busy on the afternoon I was there. I would recommend them to others.

  Very professional and understandable, they helped me out tremendously, would reccomend them for people with not perfect credit and people with good credit.

  RUN AND HIDE! This place has the rudest staff. They have no understanding of lending laws. HORRIBLE!
