  Christine and Darby provided me with excellent customer service in their jewelry department. They were able to fix an heirloom watch of mine that I had previously had poorly repaired by one of their competitors. Take your jewlery to Christine if you want it done right the first time!

  Lana Niemeyer was very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had any issues with this location. Best pawnshop in town. Very lienent on if you are gonna be a little late with your payment when you call and explain. 💙💙

  Fast and courteous service. Saw a firearm on their Facebook page and they were more than happy to work with me on completing the transaction and getting the firearm transferred to my FFL. I have been in their store on a few occasions and have always been treated with the upmost respect. Their staff is friendly and make you feel glad you stopped in.

  I bought a hand gun went and shoot it. After I shoot the first clip when and release the clip it all fell out. When back to Decatur jewelry pawn shot showed then what happened they took very good care of me with a new hand gun. I will do more business with them. Thanks you all.

  I want to say that the Decatur Jewelry & Pawn is a wonderful clean place to shop! It wouldn’t be for Kevin’s help I wouldn’t know what musical instrument to buy. Kevin was so helpful and knowledgeable and a awesome guitarist. Thx Kevin
