  Horrendous customer service. If they think you don't have money, they'll continually email and text you, but never return a phone call. Branch manager Leah Bryne was especially unprofessional.

  I had done business with the company prior and decided to go back as service was phenomenal. Well, in applying this time all docs were submitted and no response had been made as promised by agent. 12 hours later I reached out and got Branch Manager who informed me that the individual who has my file is working on it and she would let her know I called and have her call back, this was at 10:30AM. At 2:15PM still no word and so I call back only to have someone else transfer me over to the lady who was working the file to tell me she hasnt even started on it. While on the phone I explained how far away I was and didn't want to be contacted last minute and not be able to get to her today. She informed me that if I was wanting to come on out that everything was good and to bring the needed documentation that she provided me with over the phone. I then go and leave work early drive home to get documents only to get another call stating that after putting information in on the application that there was no need to come out now right after telling me that everything was good. Talk about customer service

  They told a customer to wait out side like a dog if he didn’t put a mask on

  OneMain has taken actions in accord with CDC and state guidelines to provide a safe environment for our team members and customers including requiring masks be worn by customer and employees, limit capacity in branches and enforce social distancing. -AS

  The staff is great. Teresa was phenomenal. I applied for a small loan and she gave me a larger loan and paid off 3 of my existing loans. I got cash and my monthly payments are $50.00 less per month.
