  A person from car gurus recommended this young lady name Keyanna.. when I tell you that I left there with a kool aid smile .. I left there with a kool aid smile.. she made my day .. worked with me and she’s a very patient lady. Thank you Keyanna .. after I pay this car off.. hopefully you’ll still be there I would be back to see you.. No 5 🌟... She gets 20+ 🌟🌟

  The service is terrible sold me a car that has a high ass interest rate the car isn't even worth the price . Gave me a car that is disgusting all the way around . The first day I got it the damn battery went out. A whole damn hub cap came off and I haven't had the car but two weeks .

  I bought a car back in March it last only 4 months payments on time the motor went out and they had recalls on the motor instead of fixing they tell me I had to fix it and it was free to get the motor fix cause they had recall on it and then they fixed it and sold it again given me the run round.

  I wish I could give this piece of s*** place AUTO CREDIT 0 Stars. Like how you say you sent a letter in the mail saying i got 10 days to get MY STUFF but I never got it. It's funny how I suppose to get a letter in mail about MY STUFF but when I was late on a payment did y'all send a letter or called? Called. When y'all keep bugging me about getting a box thing on my car did y'all send a letter or called? Called. When my payment went up did y'all send a letter or called? Either, y'all pulled up on me at my job. I don't understand that. Since you pulled up on me at my job why couldnt you drop my clothes off. Then like after the warranty went out which was 2 months the SUV started going down hill. Then i refered a friend and the car started going down hill after 2 months too idk what they warranty was but all i know is they got sorry trashy cars.If I was you I would go to this trashy place. They no good and Jennifer I promise you gone wish you never rasied your voice at me when I was talking to you calmly. Only good thing about this place is Shawn he was always looking out

  My husband bought a car from here in January. The next day we reported hearing a noise when we push the brakes. They told us the would fix it for free since it was an existing problem. 5 visits later we find out its the rotator and they won't be replace for free....smd like really its march then we had to schedule each time we went. So pissed!!!

  I came in with a bad day and doubtful mind and when I got there I met with Shawn and he got me the perfect car he asked me what I liked and worked with me and he didn't put me in any car he liked he was nice respectful and any questions I had he answered I love my car and I will be referring my friends and family .
