  I was a previous client with them at hallandale office .Now for the second time really bad services and actitude with clients after checking my credit, summit all paper work and told me I was approved then no it was cancelled where all my information goes? Always full of excuses. After previous approved loan and paid off before my due day and never miss a payment. Personel in office needs to be trained better or be recluted to a military campus base on customer services. The main office, owner , headquarters needs to be involved or do something about local offices because your will loose way more clients.

  Hate that I was told I qualified for more money on their website when I logged in to make a payment and then went through the process only to get denied I never missed a payment on a month to month basis so now I took a hard pull on my credit for no reason which is something I take very seriously. It really feel like it was false advertisement because why say that if it’s not really the case. Not only that after the denial they said with a co-signer I could get it so now my wife was dragged into the situation with a hard pull on her credit as well only to still get denied.

  This was a first time experience for me. My loan specialist Nykea Johnson in FL was amazing. She took her time and explained the entire process to me. She allowed me to ask questions and assisted me in many ways. She was so pleasant and helpful and I cannot be more grateful. I would definitely refer her to anyone and she's a great asset to the company. Great customer service goes a long way!

  I was trying to apply for a loan I got Approve but the person I taking like she was my mother that know way to speak a customer so I Decided to cancel my loan by the way her name is Carmen she works in the Hallandale she should take some classes how to talk to people.

  the worst experience wasted by the person who attends the applications super rude, to give you a loan of 3000 you have to have income of 60 thousand dollars annually and have no expenses, and want to refinance your vehicle as a place. pity service I do not recommend
