  I've had no problem with the loan process as long as they are making money. Once you get into them paying anything is a maze of red tape and BS. I've kept my account current for 15 years, and always taken out their insurance for various stuff like Loss of employment. Now after 15 years of never being late with a payment, I get months of run around when I lost my job because of Covid. According to One Main, I am still responsible for payments until they make a decision. which, after 3 months, they still trying to avoid paying . It's like they are dragging it out until I get a new job so they do not have to pay anything. after this loan is paid off I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to pay a higher interest rate. Its just not worth the run around.

  They are crooks! I am so sorry I ever signed up for a loan with them. They are very unprofessional. They blow you up with phone calls and mail multiple times a day, even though I make my payments every month. I've been paying for over a year and you can't even tell I made a dent in my loan! They are wicked. Money hungry company, not for their customers. They act like they wanna help you, but they are just putting you in greater debt! Don't fall for it! Find another company that will loan you money with less interest and random fees.

  They charge more interest than your actual loan! They blow your phone up, even after you've made a payment, they keep calling about the next. I will never recommend them to anyone, ever! Rude, unprofessional, money hungry, they prey on people who are in need and if you miss a payment they will repo your stuff instantly!

  I've been to this branch twice now and have always been helped. Yes the interest might be a little high but if that's your complaint then you weren't paying attention when signing. Just make sure you always have funds for payments and when possible, make additional payments as they go directly to your principal. You can definitely ask for a payment to be skipped but those need at least a week's notice as they are auto pay. Thanks Kevin!

  No Stars if I could... theses people are crooks, They stole money from my account after they were told not to charge when we were involved in an accident , they misled us and they lied. They Illegally attached one of my vehicles to the note...By the way they fraudulently charged my account when they were told not to. Brad and Michael also were rude pushy and talked down to us. Even more disparaging, Michael allegedly made sexual advances towards my wife to get a better rate on our loan. He Allegedly started rubbing her leg when we she was signing.. She asked him to stop...We are planning filing a complaint with corporate and BBB. My wife refused of course We tried to get out of the loan so we did not have to do business with them. But it was to late We had signed.Already.Now we are just going to default..Rudest most arrogant unprofessional loan sharks in the industry...BEWARE!!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! BORROW MONEY FROM A FRIEND!! FOLKS ZEROES IN MY BOOK!!! HERE IT IS IN WRITING BRAD DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION CANCEL MY AUTO PAYMENT>>>I WILL TAKE THE DEFAULT>>>

  I have been with One main for 2 years now and have done 2 personal loans. I was approved same day as I applied and the money was deposited in my account the next day. Going through a divorce and all of its expenses to follow Shelly at One Main has been a breath of fresh air. Thank you Shelly for being there every step of the way, I would suggest to work with her at this branch ❤️

  Very poor service Don't expect help from them. I pad off my car, but I had problem with a release title. Came to to office and Terra, has been very unprofessional and rude to me. If you call them and get help, they will transfer you from one person to other person. But than, they will tell you they don't give information over the phone. I was told to come to the branch. After a came to the brunch they said I need to call 800 number. And that how circle goes! I'm stuck. Don't deal with this bank. Unless you want to have a bank name on the paid off car!

  These guys are great! I’ve used them a few times now and they’ve always come through. I don’t have the best credit but they were able to give me a loan despite that. I will definitely use again.

  The branch manager is very rude and unprofessional. It’s disappointing because up till my interactions with him I had nothing but good things to say about this company. It’s amazing how one bad employee can change your whole outlook.
