  They are very compassionate and honest. They encourage you if you want to get life insurance with your loan. My Unfortunate situation allowed me to benefit from this.👍🏾👍🏾 GREAT JOB!!

  This is a very friendly branch and did well in taking care of my needs. That being said, OneMain is not a friendly place to get a loan from. If you want to make larger payments than originally agreed upon, you have to call.. can't use the web site. You can make additional payments online, but not change your monthly payments. Finally to payoff the loan early, they send a quote with a date its good for... when attempting to pay online, a statement saying that the payment is greater than the payoff??? So unable to payoff online... you are forced to call and make the payment over the phone??? Why does OneMain resist the customer taking care of itself online... losing interest on payments? Discouraging paying off the loan?? Worse yet a quote that is inaccurate according to the website... why send a bogus quote. Poor online ability, with the pace of the world today... the ability to take care of business online should be paramount.

  Since the beginning with onemain they are not been forthright, upfront, or truthful. I have found those in the office to be rude and very inefficient and lacking common courtesy. I ask for a payoff and when I go to pay, it has become a different amount every time. They charge overtly high interest! Even when you pay your loans off early they add additional amounts! I have never received my refund of my life insurance premiums which one loan was paid off six months in advance and the other loan paid off eight months early. I was taken advantage of, even when I tried to consolidate my loans, they tried to rip me off! The new loan would have added over four thousand dollars more in interest and they wanted my vehicle tittle, just to borrow a lower amount than I owed in the first place on the my other two loans! The Onemain Reward program is a complete joke, I earned two $10 Walmart gift card, when I went to use it the number and pin had all ready been used by someone else! I would never use or recommend Onemain ever again!

  Maria was an outstanding customer service agent! She was helpful through the whole process and explained everything in detail to make sure I understood every part of the process. 5 star service

  Overall the service at Onemain is good. The only issue I have is how they drag their feet when it's time to pay you for a referral. They advertise about getting paid for a referral nevertheless they are less enthusiastic about paying you the $100 for a referral. I would have to give second thoughts before I refer another good customer.

  This is my first time dealing with OMF and so far the experience has been nothing short amazing. The communication during the process was great. Everything was explained to me and there were no surprises.

  One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had as a consumer for personal loans. High interest rates I’ve received multiple fees from my personal bank and them even though I was making payments through one main financials app it was drawing from a separate account I had no funds in. They want you to call them to make ANY financial decisions in regards to paying back the money you owe them. Super inconvenient, they don’t get back to you when they say they will and when confronted with why my online statements are saying one thing and you’re saying another they give an excuse that their techs are working on their software. Paying off my loan ASAP and NEVER doing business here again. I suggest you look elsewhere

  Ok, I can complaint about getting a loan from this organization but their fees are ridiculous 28.99%? Really? I obtained a loan because I wanted to get rid of negative information in my credit report and it did but at what cost? I guess it worked but after my first payment my balance did not go down it went up! That made me really upset and decide to go USAA, where I should have been gone in the first place but I thought I wouldn’t get approved so I went with One Main Financial, which they did not only screwed my paperwork once but twice!. There software is horrible! It doesn’t work and its so slow. Not to mention the customer service that on a rush they will sign whatever to get you out there door. Very bad experience. I remember going there the first time and everything went ok, and it was a new lady that did my paperwork, second time around was another chick that has been there for years, and she was the one that messed my papers. Anyhow, if anyone has the chance to go somewhere other than here, please do! I don’t like getting a loan that will never get paid off….disappointing. I went with USAA and so much better! They are the best in this crappy town

  I was attended by highly warm and professional personnel. I forgot her name. She had to attend to another customer, she respectively asked if it was okay for another awesome staff to continue with me. Overall, everyone I met at the branch were friendly and professional.

  Miriam assistance really helped alleviate the hardships I was experiencing. I wasn't expecting to recieve the amount of assistance that I recieved with affordable monthly payments. Maria helped me too (I think that's her name lol). However, they were both very kind, and Miriam worked the magic for me. Thanks alot!
