  Overall they did a good job lots of things to sign and hoops to jump through from the lenders which was frustrating at times. The only thing that irritated me was someone put the wrong closing cost on the paperwork that delayed me from closing for another 5 days. Otherwise then that Kathy did a good job with getting me financed for my new home that I love living in. Thanks to Beatrice and Kathy for all ya’ll’s work.

  I was going through a hard time closing with veterans United due to us being a military family we thought that was bet. We started with veterans United in November here it was February and still didn’t close. I was recommended to Mrs Kathy at leader one and she got me and my family closed on our home in literally 7days. Amazing service from the very first time you meet with them, they were very competent and professional throughtout the whole process. There is not better lender team around here than leader one financial. I was very well satisfied with the outcome for the second time.
