  I was pleased that my loan got approved however one of the employees talked to me as if I was bothering her and she really didn't like her job or want to be there. I thought you was unprofessional and rude. Otherwise my experience was great quick and easy. I would recommend them just maybe to a different branch.

  Great people. Very understanding. Over a year ago I had no credit not even a score. They approved my truck loan. Great place to build your credit.

  We were pre-approved and talked to the lady over the phone. She said "it will be just a few hours and we will call you right back. Here we are, like 7 or 8 days later and never got a call back. VERY unprofessional!
