  I wanted to say Global Mortgage is the best company to use for any of your mortgage needs. The staff is very kind and professional. They will go above and beyond to help you get the best. I had a refi done through them and they went above and beyond. I have done several mortgages thru them and would recommend them to anyone and would call them again.   They were up front and honest the entire process. Our first visit Gerry told us what was needed, and direction on how to accomplish this. After that was taken care of, we went back and started the process. He worked with us many times after hours, and went the extra mile to make the process streamline with my work hours. Constant communication on where we were in the process. If something was needed or I had a question always responded quickly. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience and would would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to buy. Thanks to them, I have the place I want now. Thanx a ton to everyone at Global.

  After a series of unfortunate events including a near death medical emergency that required extensive hospitalization and time out of work, I found myself in serious financial trouble. It took the better part of three years for my husband and I to claw our way out of a massive hole. When we felt like we were finally ready to purchase our first home, we started the process with another company only to be denied at underwriting— a huge set back. We immediately began the process again with several other brokers/lenders but never seemed to gain any momentum, often waiting days or up to a week for a response or return phone call. Extremely frustrated, we turned to Barrett at Global Mortgage Link who gave us his full attention and support right from the start. After going over our financial history with him and sharing our concerns that maybe we weren’t ready, he assured us that he would find a way to make it work. He literally told us that it was his mission to see us all the way through and that he wouldn’t stop until he got us to where we wanted to be. Barrett came up with a plan, explained everything in great detail, answered every phone call, every email. Drew and Candace were also so amazing; they handled the processing of our loan efficiently and answered every question (and I had a lot of them!) along the way. Just shy of two months later, we finally, FINALLY, were able to close on our first home! And I am so grateful for these people who helped us make our dream come true. I am every bit blessed to have found such an amazing group of people at Global Mortgage Link to have shared this journey with. Not only are they good at what they do, they do it with with kindness and compassion, with a wholeheartedness that’s let’s you know that they really enjoy helping people.   Global mortgage is an awesome choice for anyone looking for a new home. We had an awesome experience and Barrett Houck was a great help and support getting through all our paper work and loan process.   Everyone (Lynda, Jessica, Drew & Barrett) was great to work with. Each person helped us tremendously through finding us the right house, selling our current house & the loan process. They were very helpful and had quick response times. It’s definitely a family like environment.
