  Lock of professionalism , employees are rude, they get irritated and start getting angry as soon as you start asking simple questions.This type of employees make this conpanie look bad. Very bad for business. Hope they look into this and educate employees on giving good costumer service.

  When we asked for a loan they did not hesitate they have a wonderful staff they are respectful & courteous within one day we had our money. Would like to thank there wonderful staff

  The person I was working with was very nice and friendly, but she lied to me. No question about it. Look up yelp reviews for this company and you will find out this is how they operate. They lie to you and at the last minute they change everything.

  The staff is too busy gossiping instead of helping customers. Brenda lacks customer service skills and should not be dealing with customers.
