  The associate who helped me with a loan proposal was very professional and caring. She spent a good deal of time working on different areas to make sure that I was getting the best deal to help with credit card consolidation. These associates are top notch yet make you feel at ease.

  Poor customer service and poor communication. Received information that I was prequalified for a loan. After signing consent to allow for a hard credit inquiry, received a phone call from an associate who offered the loan. Could hear the associate clearly and they were able to communicate fine, but once I said I didn't have a second car to sign over, associate began to pretend she couldn't hear me and saying the line was breaking up. I asked questions about the impact on my credit report and the miscommunication about being prequalified vs requiring a second vehicle, but associate continued to state they were having trouble hearing me. I can't imagine wanting to do business with a company that would have this kind of inconsistent communication. It certainly wouldn't surprise me that once you have a loan with them, they suddenly won't return your calls or offer assistance. Stay far far away and don't waste your time

  Very nice people.help me out a lot and they are not rip off. They are better then most in Business of loans. Got alot of credit cards paid off. Quick and that was my goal. They help people who want to be help.

  Their rude and speak over you. It's annoying. It makes me wonder if these positive reviews are even real because even when I was in their office I could hear the staff calling customers back that missed a payment and the voicemails left sounded rude and unprofessional.
