  I found Colleen through a google search and submitted an application. She reached out and we spoke on the phone and i was pre approved for a house very quickly. While we were on the phone she explained different lending options as well. This was my first time purchasing a home and Colleen made the process as easy as possible on her end. She walked me through any questions i had and her team was extremely responsive and i felt i was in the know throughout the whole process. Colleen was also present at the closing and stayed after to answer any additional questions i had with my loan and reiterated that she would still be there to help even after closing was complete. She responded to text messages, emails and phone calls within the hour, sometimes within minutes. She was professional, reliable and knowledgeable and she made the loan process go as smoothly as possible.

  Colleen made my first home buying process an amazing experience by being there every step of the way going above and beyond. Even outside of normal business hours, she never hesitated to respond right away & was always thorough in making sure I understood before making any decision.   My wife and I purchased our first home with a loan through Team Parsons/American Mortgage and we couldn’t have been more pleased at the overall experience. Having never met us - and within minutes of reaching out to her on a Saturday - Colleen provided same-day preapproval that resulted in a successful purchase offer. Throughout the entire process she and her (very friendly) team were incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. Their online portal is intuitive and easy to navigate which made everything very streamlined—they were prepared to close almost a week early. We will undoubtedly use them again for any future lending needs.

  Colleen and her team drop the ball drastically when it came to my lending process. All the frustration that comes with home buying was increased during my experience with this company. I did not close on my home due to something she should have been knowledgeable about. Colleen offered nothing to me to make things better after I took a loss on my appraisal fee and inspection. I am very disappointed with this company.

  Colleen did an amazing job working with me through every single step of my first home purchase. We ran into so many road blocks that most would give up but she helped me through every road block we ran into. Colleen and her assistant Kelly were always prompt and were happy to answer every question I had, (I had a lot through the whole process). Would highly recommend Colleen and her assistant Kelly at American Mortgage they do a fantastic job and will go above and beyond to help you get where you want to go.
