  When I entered the office I was greeted immediately by the gentlemen and Mary. Mary was extremely sweet and helpful. She helped me with assuring I was comfortable with my monthly payments. All of my questions were answered. Thank you Mary 😊

  Shameful customer service esp. with customers with hardships. We were late ONE payment and called several times to see what we could do such as deferment ect. We were met with TERRIBLE attitude, refusal to help, and harassment. My wife is pregnant they told her us being behind on bills and In hardship “wasn't their problem” and DEMANDED to know WHEN we would pay them. You should all be ashamed of yourself.
