  I just finished paying off my 5 year loan early with no early penalty. Initially I worked with Tyler, then was introduced to Ms. Paula and Ms. Beatrice. All 3 have been amazing. I have called them a lot in the last couple of months, but every time, they have been open, honest and helpful. I will say if you are looking for a long term loan, the interest rate is quite high here. Personally, at the time I needed funds I did not qualify for a traditional personal loan at the bank. It is your responsibility as a consumer to do your research. You're not forced into your loan here, just remember it is a business.

  I had an awesome experience with One Main Financial. My agent was Beatriz Reyes...and let’s just say she rocked! She made me feel comfortable and confident in processing my loan. It was a very welcoming place but she made it even better. By the end of the process, I was in tears and hugging her. Thank you for wonderful customer service. I will be referring my family and friends!

  I had the MOST Wonderful Experience with Beatrice! Her expedient response and customer service was beyond measure!! She worked over to make sure my application was reviewed thoroughly. I needed a loan for my son College payment, in which I did not find out until the last minute from him that it was due. I just cannot thank you Enough Beatrice for your Customer service. It did my family and heart so good for you "blessing" us with your AWESOME Customer Service. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!! She Needs a RAISE!!!

  Customer service with this office was very professional. Staff was courteous, very friendly, and prompt. Beatriz was exceptionally helpful and gave financial advice regarding our credit score and how to continue to improve it in the future.   Wonderful!!! This was my first experience with One Main and it was nothing short of excellent! I dealt with Tyler, who from the very beginning was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly.
