  The service provided by the OneMain team was wonderful. They were responsive, I felt that I had a team working on my items personally and was able to get 1:1 service consistently. Everyone knew what status I was in and was able to help if my loan consultant wasn't available. I really appreciate all the help and status updates for me. It was a very smooth process.

  I had a wonderful experience dealing with Lavinia. She was very friendly and professional. She got my loan approved with no problems and within minutes. I would highly recommend One Main to all of my friends and family.

  My Experience with Janelle and Vu at the Puyallup Branch Onemain Financial was exceptional, they were very courteous, helpful and my loan request was flawless. I would recommend OneMain Financial Puyallup to all my friends and family. 5 stars is an understatement, they are more like 10 star.

  This place is a joke! They are a scam who make it almost impossible to pay off a loan that you get with them! Then call you and try to scare you into doing what they want by threatening actions that aren’t even legal in the state of Washington! Do not go hear save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

  Very pushy on all the insurances on the loan, and interest rate changed from what was previously quoted on the phone.

  They have a very unprofessional, abusive, with worst customer service staff - Travis. Will never use their services again. When I reported the unprofessional conduct to the Manager, he brushed it off and said " Maybe Travis was just having a bad day" Really!!
