  Be careful when using the check for prequalified offers. They asked if I owned a vehicle and I stated no. After congratulating me on being prequalified and conducting a hard credit inquiry, they wanted a vehicle for collateral. This is a shady practice of drawing applicants. I'd say read before you apply but I did read and answered honestly but they don't care. Tough times require questionable practices to draw business I guess. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Make sure you know your credit score before you walk in the door. They will say they can help you if your credit score is good or very poor. They will do this just to get you in the door and they were run your credit and make your credit score even worse.

  Needed a loan the end of last year to help get me through my last semester of college doing clinical and working less. I was approved for a certain Amount but the more info they got the more it went down. It was fast and easy getting my loan but was tiring at the same time. This year I received a call two weeks saying my account is in good standings that I paid off a good amount already (I choose to do biweekly payments and paid 7 dollars extra every payment to pay it off faster) they asked if I wanted to refinance. Initially I said no but then within the week I figured out I was in need of a new car. It’s been two weeks since I’ve started trying to refinance my loan and I’ve been getting the runaround !! Super frustrating they worked with me so well for my initial process but now I don’t feel the same way I did about the company. Been waiting for them to call me back since last Friday. She mentioned she may not call me till Monday. No call Monday or Tuesday. I call twice on Wednesday and was told I’d get a call back that she was busy. nothing. same thing happened for the next two days. Issue still hasn’t been resolved. I hope they call me today.

  Apparently Someone named Mike opened 2 loans for my 89 year old mother who is on SSI, one for 5500 and one for 9500 within the same year (still verifying this)charging her 24-29% interest and withdrawing almost one fourth out of her social security account. Very Rude and accused me of threatening him when I mentioned the BBB.

  Debbie is wonderful! No, seriously. My life has been in shambles the last couple weeks and my husband had a medical emergency and we needed a small loan to meet our deductible. I had a bad experience at a different location and she stepped in (as crazy as I have been), came in on a Saturday and was wonderful and easy to work with.

  I had gotten a $4,000 "unsecured" loan from One Main Financial about a year and 9 months ago. I had great payment history and even paid the loan off last month. I recently tried to get a $1500 loan and they would NOT approve me without having collateral. SERIOUSLY? My credit score is about the same if not a little higher than when I had gotten the loan. I even make more money than I did at that time.

  Such an easy going experience. Had my a check in a few hours after my application was submitted. Very friendly staff.
