  I had gone to 2 major dealerships prior to this experience and they both had treated me horribly because of my less than perfect credit score. Then I tried EZ Loan Niagara Falls and I had what I feel should be considered the gold standard for a car buying experience. My salesman was Jack and he made sure that I was going to leave in the vehicle that me and my family had our hearts set on, and he totally delivered in every aspect of the process. All the way down to talking about our fantasy footballs teams together when my vehicle was being inspected. Absolutely amazing experience, wish I would have went here from the beginning. EZ Loan on NF Boulevard, they will take care of u and you will leave a satisfied customer. Can't thank them enough. Go there and ask for Jack, he will definitely take care of you for sure!!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys so much!!!

  I would say no stars This place is a joke I purchased the jeep from them not even 2 weeks later the check engine light was on they said they fixed the problem when I took it in .2 weeks more the check engine light is on again Call them made an appointment then my vehicle wouldn't start call to talk to the warranty dept. had the most rudest guy on the phone telling me I shouldn't be upset because how old the vehicle is The 2008 jeep wasnt even 2 months old when this happened ( I understand it's a used car ! )but this shouldnt happen 2 weeks after you buy it .Now I'm going through so much problems with it . I'm not taking it to the warranty people because they're trying to charge me $500 I took it to another garage they fixed it for 200 hopefully there's no more problems with it but now my airbag light is on .There is no help when I call the Warranty or easy loan this place is ridiculous I will highly not recommend this place I will never purchase a car through them again I wish I never did I figured because I already have my name on a vehicle that this place will be easy to get a sec vehicle But the way the vehicle is acting I might as well have bought a car off the side of the road making me wish I went to a real dealership not a fake cheap sketchy place I regret it so much Not alone how the people are on the phone To think the customer is always right to think they have a customer service to think they would like to be nice so they can get more customers they tried to offer you a $100 I wouldn't even recommend someone I hate to go to this place NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!!!! I will be talking to a lawyer about this

  Wasnt sure if they would give me a loan but they did. Tim took care of me and it was easier then I thought. Got a great car now I just have to pay for it lol...He did a great job and extended time for me so I could get it all together. Thanks again. Over all no B.S. made me and my wife very happy!

  The staff at EZ Loan was excellent. They made me feel comfortable and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  After going through a really tough few years I was beginning to think I would never have transportation for my four children, and I. After visiting E-Z Loan auto that all changed! Frank not only, guided me through this simple process, but made sure we received beautiful well maintained, and manically "sound" vehicle. Now with a limited support system, I've regained my independence and we're on track to a better more fulfilling life without having to inconvenience others. E-Z Loan was truly a blessing for my family. Not just a car, but a quality car from quality people. Awesome experience!!!

  I would give a -5 stars if I could! Tim sold me a vehicle that was over the KBB price. I asked him to come down a bit, but he ensured me that the vehicle was well worth it because of all the extra work they put into the car. Well im not sure what work he was talking about, because after only have the car for 7 months we found out the sub frame had been rotted. By time winter passed, the sub frame was completely rotted out and my car was shifting off the frame. The battery was over 6 years old, as well as the alternator. There was corrosion all over the battery and alternator. I called Tim and told them they should do something about that and they werent even considering helping with the sub frame until i threatened to take it to court. Tims exact words "well it happens on that type of car." Well Tim, if its common on this car, dont you think thats something the buyer would like to know!?

  This is my second vehicle with E-Z Loan Auto. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are quick and easy! I literally walked in at closing and they stayed after hours just to assist me. They didn't make me feel like i was taking up their time and certainly did not feel rushed. By open the next day I was driving away with my new ride. I have tried other places and they are THE BEST!

  Sent my daughter there she went and In was spoken to rudely by some black man who would not wait on her. She asked about a COLORADO told her it was sold. And that all the vehicles were anywhere from 10,000 and up. and walked away from her. Then the white gentleman sitting in the next cubicle looked over at her and shook his head. But neither of these two men would wait on her. Guess cash and selling a vehicle was something there not interested in today. Hope your management reads this!!
