  Horrific people. I lost my mother very suddenly while I had a loan with them and had incurred extra expenses way outside of my budget in order to fly my family down to California last minute to deal with the funeral, house, trust, etc and was not able to make payments for a short period of time (and had to take time off work to do this too). I explained this to them and that as soon as the trust was settled I'd not only be able to resume payments, but pay it off in full, but my family and dealing with the loss of my mother came first. It sounded like they understood and I had a strong payment history up until this point as well - it wasn't as if I had missed payments like this before, but they still called me multiple times a week, every week until the point I paid it off. It took a few months to sell the house and settle the trust and I wasn't even asking for them to stop interest or late fees or whatever, just to stop calling me all the time asking for money - I knew I'd be paying it off in full, so the few extra charges were meaningless compared to the time I needed to spend with family at the time . There was no compassion, no caring for what I was dealing with. They just wanted their money and were acting like bullies to get it at a time when I was vulnerable. I'd never, ever deal with this company again and I strongly recommend anyone steer clear of them.

  I have paid off my loan with them early (over 4 months ago) because I am trying to get a cash out loan from my property but I can't because One-main haven't bother to notify the credit bureaus that my loan with them was paid in full with zero balance. This also adversly effected my credit score. I had told them numerous times the importance & effect that have on my life. I was told not to worry and it may take a month to show up in my credit report but so far nothing. I am stock paying the hotel because I can't take out and use my home equity.

  Jot very helpful and lacks the ability to do their jobs properly. Stay far away from these lenders as possible. I hate that I have to give even 1 star. I dont think they are even worth that.

  They showed me what my payments would be per month which was not a problem until I saw how much of that was going towards the principal and how much is going towards them as profit these guys are crooks. I only wish I had been more educated on financial matters because they definitely did not show me how much they were going to be making per month off me compared to how much was going towards the actual loan which was like $59 out of $392 what a racket. It should be illegal to charge people that however interest rate or just denying the loan anyway.. I'm looking at some of these reviews and seeing the word value and I'm wondering what the hell these guys think value is.

  They were very attentive to my requirements, and we're not in regards to loaning more money to me than I was comfortable borrowing, or or additional products that I did not want.

  I have been doing business with One Main Bellevue since 2014. The staff is always friendly and professional. They have expedited my financial needs with quick turnaround each time I have needed services.

  not very trust worthily and i would not refer or recommend onemain to anybody. not happy with my last loan and i wont be doing anymore business with them once I'm paid in full

  I was in a car accident and fell behind on 2 bills, but was current on all my bills including a current loan with One Main. All the while One Main was calling me with offers of more money + sending me letters about a pre-approval for more money. I called to accept the offers & then was denied for being late on the 2 bills - THIS IS THE ONLY REASON PEOPLE NEED LOANS - I was told although you are in great standing with us and most of your creditors - we cannot help you with anything at this time because of the 2 bills - and this was only a need of $1000-$1500 to add to my current loan. I liked it better and was treated better under Spring Leaf. I will never refer anyone to One Main. Who also denied me months before Spring Leaf approved me!! #Unsatisfied

  I felt discriminated against. It was the worst experience I've had by far. I will not mention any names....... An agent went over the application with me over the phone, said I was approved. When I stopped by the office to drop off all documents that were needed IMMEDIATELY, (All of a sudden) I was denied. I would never recommend anyone to go here UNLESS you want to be judged by your COVER!!!

  The people are great to work with , but once one main took over I was very disappointed in the new approach they took towards there customers . I have paid off one loan and never been late on another big loan, when I needed another loan I was refused , yes my credit is not good , but when it was spring leaf they would still work with me, and I appreciated that , now that it is one main they will not work with me , very unhappy
