  One Main Financial was very helpful in processing a loan for me. The genuinely cared about my situation and .when I visited their office they made me feel at ease and helped me finish up the paperwork. They were able to answer all my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Very helpful staff. I highly recommend this company.

  Honestly, the worst company! I talked to this woman over the phone and she couldn’t do anything to help. She was very unprofessional. Worst customer service I’ve experienced! I will inform my family and friends about this company. Maybe it’s true what they say; that this company is a scam after all.

  Horrible customer service. Never would I trust getting a loan through these people just based on the experience I just had. I believe the agents name is Reugina or whatever but she’s extremely rude. Horrible experience.

  I called this company last week and spoke to and employee. I called back several times leaving messages with another employee and then when I finally got in touch with the person working on my account. I was told he would call me back with in the next 4 hrs. that was 5 days ago. When I called in this morning I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told they were to busy to take my call, could they take a message? NO!!!!!!! You don't return the call when I leave messages. I guess good for them they are so busy they don't need anymore.business.

  Terrible service! I've had a couple loans with these people going back to when they were Springleaf. They will start calling/emailing you the very next morning after your due date, and keep calling/emailing you multiple times every day. It's almost on the borderline of Harassment. Trying to double up my payments so I can drop them like a bad dream. Stay away from these people! I only gave them one star cause I had to to post this.

  worst place to get a loan got 36% on a Lexus Gx470 the amount financed was more that the vehicle. luckily I only paid 3 months of Interest. then got approved for 3.9% @ Navy Federal with so so credit.

  When you loan someone money on a car you may wanna ask the other person that’s on the car note if she’s okay with it! Lawyering up as of now! Eff you scandalous people!
