  One main financial located in Greenville,Ms was exceptional. Mrs. Linda did a wonderful job at getting me more funds than I need in a timely manner during the pandemic and holiday all working from home. The application process was easy and the best costumer service I ever. I would recommend one main financial to friends and family for all their financial needs because one main financial offer very low monthly payments.

  This company has been practicing Predatory Lending!!! Have taken advantage of poor, elderly folks in Mississippi (probably everywhere) with scare tactics and taking appliances, lawn mowers, TVs, and refrigerators as collateral!!! Needs to be investigated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)!!!

  Tiffany was rude and unfriendly on the phone. Had a concern in regards to my account and she asked if she could call me back. I said yes and 7hrs later I was still waiting. I called back and she answered and said I remember I was suppose to call you I just hadn't. She did not care that I was waiting. The rest of the conversation went down hill. She was very rude so I plan on going to talk with the manager. Was I am done paying out my account I will never use them again and I have already told others about my experience. Mrs. Linda was very helpful i must add.

  The staff was very polite, professional,and knowledgable about what was going on. The financial institute was very sensitive about my situation and went out on a limb to help me out. I'm very appreciative for their services and would recommend them to anyone

  The folks here at One Main Financial in Greenville are very friendly and treat people well. I just love them all.
