      The tellers are professional and very kind. The branch manager, Mrs. Constance always make me feel like a valued customer. I have always known her to have the answers and always quick to help. What a great team!!!

      I hated when they switched to Red River, from Shreveport Federal. However, the professional tellers, knowledgeable phone staff and reliable service keep me there. If they would just start to approve loans so we can improve our credit they would get 5-stars.

      I'm very disappointed in Red River my motor went out in my car won't even let me refinance to cover the cost of repairs won't even let me have a personal loan I've never missed a payment but guess they don't care about that and this is the only way I have of getting back and forth to work so now I'm stuck with with paying on a car I can't drive
