  When did customer service die? They don't return phone calls, they don't call when they say they will, and when you tell them that you are coming late afternoon they leave early! This includes the manager, Jacob, at the Davenport, IA office. This was a stressful time for my Mother as my father had pasted away recently. They needed to be more up front, inform her of what was going on, and not avoid her calls. Even if they would have called her and said, "We are trying such and such." Instead they kept her in the dark and worrying.

  Michelle at the Davenport, IA store is a God send. She is always there to help. Easy to talk to. Very understanding. She is the Best loan officer I have ever worked with anywhere! 😊

  Stay away from here, had gotten a loan made payments an almost all the payments went to interest. You will never get out from under it. Not only that but the harassing phone calls from them since they are "debt collectors" is laughable. Talked with several attorneys who said they were a joke business who know people won't be able to pay their loans back yet are still in business doing it.

  Hi Josh. All standard installment loans follow a structure that applies initial payments to the interest, while final payments are applied to the principal.   Horrible customer service. Didn’t call back in the time frame discussed. Condescending and belittling of the customer is the norm. Unreceptive to the world around them and lacking knowledge and common sense. Rude and lacking tack with general conversations. For the love of all things holy do not call this place of business they will lead you down a path of death and destruction. Probably created Covid-19.....

  I would recommend OneMain Financial to anyone. I have had three loans with them. They are polite, quick and honest to a fault. They give you the option of paying off early with no penalty. They do not lump all the interest due in the beginning if you put extra on your loan, you are only responsible for the interest that has accrued since your last payment. This allows a person the breath and be assured that any extra money applied will mostly go the principal. Get in there and consolidate your credit cards, it is a relief!!

  I called the Davenport IA location on 2/13 to move my payment from 2/15 to when my next payday is on 2/29. The manager did the recording for the payment and everything seemed cool and they seemed like they were going to work with me. I wake up this morning (2/18) and the payment already came out!! I will be getting out of this loan one way or another and never doing business with OneMain ever again.

  They don't include an itemized explanation on the payment statement nor online account! Jacob Woolsey at the One Main branch in Davenport Iowa is not returning my e-mail request for this information. Guess he's too busy signing up unwary customers to take care of current (3rd time) customer. I want to see the interest and principal but I guess that's Top Secret. Can't wait to screw them out of money by paying off early!!

  They were able to provide me with a personal loan but changed the interest rate between time approved and picked up the check. Plus added charges that are not mentioned until last minute. If you truly need a loan then they can help but not best choice

  Terrible. Would never recommend. I called 3 times regarding my application & was told the representative would call back which he never did. No phone calls, voicemail, email. Nothing. Absolutely ridiculous & horrible customer service.

  They were very helpful and friendly courteous staff they got me the amount of money I needed at a payment I could afford on my payment plan I asked for I would recommend friends and family go there if they needed to borrow money they walk you through step-by-step tell me what insurance I needed and recommended I get it you never know what's going to happen you could hurt yourself tomorrow and not be able to work in your loan would still be getting paid I would go back
