  I went to apply for a loan, and if it wasn't for Yesenias' professionalism and knowledge I would have gone else where. She explained everything to me In detail and went over all my options thoroughly. I highly recommend working with her and hope she stays as a manager there as it seems their managers always rotate. She is the reason I gave this office a try.

  Jasmin and Yesenia have terrible customer services skills. Says one thing, does another, keeps you on hold for over 12 minutes, with little to no communication.

  Very Bad Customer service does not answer (there email and or there voicemail). Example they have not even changed there voicemail from the 4th of july 2019.l
