  Apparently they don't take RAYBAN sunglasses NoScratches practically brand new with box soon as I walked in I got a no . worst store I've ever been too. Their customer service needs some fixing. we get it if you don't like your job don't be there. They claim to be there for 25yrs but there service is as if they have no experience with people at all

  Not sure why you had the impression that pawn shops are obligated to purchase everything. pawn Shops mostly deal with musical instruments, jeweler, power tools, and items of value. Unfortunately sunglasses are not one of them. Glendale's Cash Pawn Shop has been in business at this location for over 25 years, and have maintained excellent customer service, otherwise we wouldn't be in business for so long.

  Horrible experience horrible. I walked in with a grand in my pocket looking for a guitar he had. Or a couple. And he sat there on the phone for 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES before even acknowledging me. Then when I say I wanna see the guitar he takes one look at me because I have tattoos and a band T shirt on and says no you buy as is. EXPECTING ME TO NOT EVEN TOUCH THE GUITAR to check for a Bent truss rod or cracks or to see if it holds tuning. Thanks brother I’m happy I didn’t contribute to your shops revenue.

  Racist business.... they will tell you their not open when they are and to come back the next day but tell you to come in over the phone to pawn an item. Will help you if you look and sound Armenian. 3/6/2018 If the store was closed, how did I get inside you establishment? Why did a gentlemen pick up phone and tell me I can come in between the hours of 10 and 3 as posted on Google, Then I phoned in and was told they were open. after telling them what I was interested in pawning. I'm replying to you response because I am not making this up this establishment practices discrimination be warned and probably have for 25+ years.

  Racist? wow, that's a first. I think if we were racist we wouldn't be in business for 25 plus years serving every nationality in Glendale and surrounding cities. The nationality you mention only make up of 10% of our customers. We are confused on your comment. If the business is closed, then they are closed. The hours of operations are posted on the business window and also online on our website.

  This has to be one of the best pawn shops I visited! They have a friendly staff and everything you want to buy! I recommend this place to anyone! The owner told me his pawn shop has been there over 25years, and the oldest one in the area run by his family. it definitely made me more confident to pawn my items with this trust worthy shop.

  I didn't know they were closed on Sunday. But as I was walking up Gregory was walking in to pick up flowers that he left inside for his mother for Mother's Day. He opened up the store & helped me out when he didn't have to. Gave me a really fare price on a camera that I was selling. 5 stars to you Gregory!

  So far I’m confused what kind of business says their open till 7 I’m calling them it’s 6:29pm and no professional message just a home answering machine type robot with a no way to leave a message because “hello message is full “ great job you lost my Business. Guess I was willing to give my own opinion regardless of the low ratings and you proved your own point my dear.

  I called about selling a camera that’s expensive and all he said “is the camera small or big” and I said it’s a medium size camera and you can take professional photos with it and he said “no we don’t like small cameras”. So they don’t take their time to talk to the customer and they rush you. Not a great customer service. Worst customer service ever

  Hello, you must have misunderstood over the phone. It is correct we do not take small point and shoot camera. Just because you didn't like the answer that we do not take point and shoot cameras doesn't mean it was a bad customer service. Actually we have a great customer service. We have been servicing customers in Glendale and surrounding cities for over 25 years, over 80% of our customers return year after year.

  I think this a good place .. I been coming here for years ... And service is great .. .i never thought I would use this places but i had an EMERGENCY and this is the place to come ... The staff are so friendly .thank you .. 😃

  This place is a joke. They won't buy a high quality lens I had but they'll keep completely out of date cameras. Oh, and the guy in there was rude. The trifecta.

  Good pawn shop very friendly thank you
