  Never going through your company again. Before the pandemic I was struggle and because my house and food was more important I told them I couldnt make payments at this time and that it wasnt a priority when I was 5k behind in rent and other bills. My loan officer even got an attitude with me and said "I need to pay now because it was a top priority when I applied. And he wasnt nice one bit. So I will never be coming back to this joke of a company that is rude and isnt there for their customers!

  Very poor experience. Rep at local office was very unorganized. Ran my initial loan app without information that I included, then made me re-do it so he could resubmit. To every 10 times I called him, I would get 1 call back. Very, very poor response time and updates. Printed the wrong paperwork, causing me several trips to the office for new paperwork and having to miss work. The entire process from application to close was 15 days. Not a single good thing I can say about the entire process.

  They offer half of what approved me for at the last minute. Classic bait and switch.

  extremely disappointing!!! I have had 2 previous loans that I paid off early, and a current one with a small balance. The payments are set up to be made 2 weeks early each month. On 3/2 I called to apply for an auto loan. Our teen is starting to drive and I believe she should have a car but also be expected to make payments even if they are to me as reimbursement for the loan. However, it is now 3/8 and it is still pending. What use to take the old staff less than a day, now takes this staff a week. Inexcusable!!!! I am pulling the loan app and paying the balance of the current loan. It's time to permanently part ways.

  Very Polite and Respectful Staff! They allowed me to take a substantial loan while I was self-employed and starting a new business . The loan was like a financial cushion which protected the business from large unplanned or unexpected financial cost.

  I've been a customer for 3 years. Absolutely wonderful experience. It's so nice to be treated like a person, not just numbers on paper.
