  If I can only describe my experience. First I felt broken, at a loss and with uncertainty. So I poured my faith in the services strangers or so I thought. After meeting staff who greeted me with warmth (like family), open arms and a touch of humanity with professionalism.   One call got all the answers I needed on that call the Customer Service Rep was friendly she admitted to me she was fairly new so that I would understand if she was a little slower. Then I got a call from the person approving things and everything was handled on line explained in detail. I truly like working with these people I use this to help build my credit and it has worked and they make it so easy.

  Extremely high APR and doesn't report monthly to credit agencies. My monthly payments are $141.00 per month, I've paid $200.00 monthly but my balance due on credit report still reflects balance of initial loan amount.   Applied for a loan on Monday. Initially approved for $12,000 unsecured or $15,000 secured, but I needed to go into branch office. They asked me my net, but I typed my gross. When I got to the office the lady debated me on my net. I have several large bills paid out of my check each month, but she would not let me include that in my net. She claimed only the money that is directly deposited can be counted. I told her I also get a large bonus each year, but did not have documents at the moment. She told me I could not claim that either. This reduced my actual net by about 50%. They called me two days later and left me voicemail to return their call. I called at least 8 times today. I kept getting a message that said branch 4341 is not accepting calls now and the mail box was full. I finally got through and the guy said they only have 3 lines open at a time. He reviewed my request and stated I do not qualify for the original offer because my net was much less than I entered when I applied. Go figure. They did offer to pay off my 2014 Focus at a very high interest rate. I have a loan through Ford Credit at 2.5 %. Why on earth would I do that. I logged into Upstart and applied. They gave me $15,000 at 13%. The process took about 15 minutes. Stay away from One Main Financial especially this branch. The underwriter at this office makes you wonder what the qualifications for working at this company are.

  I have been using OneMain for 2 years and redid my original loan twice. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they get everything put together and how kind they are.

  If you liked being ripped off this is this place to go, 27.5% interest rate is complete theft. Stop ripping people off who are already strapped and help the people of your community. BOYCOTT THIS SHAM RIP OFF!! ONE MAIN FINANCIAL IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!

  This company is a sham and a bunch frauds, they run your your credit report under lies... I made sure I indicated no vehicle and they still came back and said I was approved only if I had proof car insurance and if I owned a car, after they ran my credit report and dropped my score about 10 points, I should have went with my gut.

  Help me when I needed it. The loan allowed me to pay off high interest payday loans and online loans Costing me $1240 per month.. now I have one monthly payment that I can afford. Thank you OneMain!

  They were very helpful. I was lost and I called them and they told me just how to get there. The man who took care of me was very polite and explained everything to me and was very quick about getting me the money.
