  Don't do anything with this location. All my payments have been mainly paid to interest. Something is not right. I called and made a principle payment and they charged it interest. Report this branch. Look at all your payments carefully and do follow ups

  Hi Brad. All standard installment loans follow a structure that applies initial payments to the interest, while final payments are applied to the principal.   ZERO STARS!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. My son filled out a credit application, after two days they called him to let him know he was APPROVED. Not a surprise my son has good credit and good income. When my son asked for the loan information, he was told they couldn't tell him anything until they get more info. Not even an estimate. We took all the information they asked for THREE HOUS LATER they still couldn't give us the info. They wanted us to purchase insurance for the item we were purchasing but yet they couldn't give us our info. They asked us to sign the loan agreement but we refused until they gave us the terms of the loan. They wanted us to sign at a 34.99% interest rate. CRAZY, I feel sorry for the people who fall for this. They think by keeping you that long, that you become desperate enough. Do your homework. Find an HONEST bank or credit union.

  Do not purchase the insurance it’s a scam I took my car to get fixed 8 months ago and I still haven’t been reimbursed

  Beware. They will tell you on the phone that your loan is approved and to come in, but then when you get there it’s a whole different story. You waste gas, time and energy to go in there and sit another hour or two. You are not told what documents to bring and then they want you to go home and get them and come back as if you have nothing else to do that day.

  When I had a situation concerning having to sell my old car for which they were holding the title, they surprised the hell out of me by handing my title over to me, because of my perfect payment record. Man did that help immensely.
