  Worst service ever, called to make a extra payment and was put on hold then hung up on three time's. Then called back and was treated like I did somthing wrong, with the high interest rates they should at the very least treat people with sum sort of kindness,

  The woman rep was rude and really quick to dismiss you, if you didn't meet their requirements. The male rep who was attending to me was very nice and understanding.
