  I called to get information about the services BEFORE I applied. No one answered, so I left a message. No one called me back. I waited a few hours. I called again. No one answered. I went online to check out the website and all things pointed me to entering my information “to see if I qualify.” I did. Guess what!!! I get called back immediately! Only to be told of the impossible hoops that I’d have to jump through in order to actually get the loan that I “qualify” for. A loan that I’ve probably more than paid for with what they’re gonna make from selling my information. Stupid me. Don’t waste your time on this…just don’t.

  I honestly thought this was going to be a shady loan deal to be honest …. After thinking it over, I decided to give them a chance . They were extremely polite , professional, and helpful throughout the quick process . They offer fair payments and quick funds with no hassle . I would definitely use them again !

  Awesome folks to deal with. Went above and beyond to make everything simple, including having another location take pics of my vehicle while my wife had a few minutes on her lunch break. Seriously took less than 2 hours and had the money direct deposited the next day. If you are dealing with the Huntington wv branch ask for Tammy. She is absolutely awesome.

  One Main for the last year and a half have helped my family and I get back on track financially. They have given me sound advice on how to fix my credit . The Shepperson’s are so grateful that they gave a guy with not so good credit a chance at getting caught up on bills that were overwhelming us as a family . God bless the ladies of One Main Huntington W.V. And One Main the Business as a whole .

  Was offered a rate online and was approved this office would not honor that rate or terms. Jumped through hoops for two days with a 722 credit score and they wanted to loan me money at 27%. Stay away from onemain
