Ricardo Flemate1Don’t use these folks. I’ve paid over $5,600 towards my loan of $12,800. My payoff right now is 12000 dollars! ONLY $800 OF THE MONEY I PAID WENT TOWARDS THE LOAN. The ladies are nice and everything, very well spoken and professional. But they work for a company that dramatically robs people that are in need. I don’t know how anyone can work for this company, what they’re doing should be illegal. These people have no morals and should be ashamed of themselves. I’ll be paying off this balance this month and the end result would be me paying over $17,000 on a $12,800 loan. I urge you all to find another solution for financial hardships. These folks will only make it worse because they pray on people in need. Please use my misfortune as an example of what NOT to do. They will literally steal your money legally.

Well that's when I was dealing with two different ladies that where professional and very helpful. Kennith Cole1Stay away! Very unprofessional and unresponsive company. I’ve reached out to them twice about questions and concerns about my account. They simply just ignore you. But when it’s time for a payment they have no issue blowing up your phone doing everything they can to get into contact with you.

D Cal1I put in an application online. Before I was even finished uploading documents someone from this office called me. I don't remember his name. Anyhow, it caught me off guard so I said I would get back to them once I decided on what I was going to do. I called a day or two later and said that I had finished uploading the documents. He went over a bunch of information with me on the phone and answered some questions. He then said he would get back to me with an answer from the underwriter when he came back from lunch. I never heard back. So I called again and left a message before closing. I called a few times since and nobody's ever gotten back to me. I understand not having good news, but to completely ghost somebody in the middle of a transaction is the epitome of bad business. Run away from people who treat their customers like this!

Dianna Castaneda1Im not the person to review negative places but I will take my precious time for this branch!! to advice people to BE CAREFULL and to TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! to not allow my experience with this branch to repeat its self..I was always ontime with payments infact I had automatic withdrawals and was always payed ahead.. We had a surprise pregnancy In Oct of 2018 I was put on complete bed rest due to highrisk and risk of lossing my baby. I started to fall behind in my payments in Nov they new exactly what was going on in my personal life they did not try anything to HELP ME!! But to try to sell me another loan many times this happened but i kept being told i wanst getting approved they took advantage of my situation To keep running my credit an was in need of getting caught up... well I dealed with (Daisy) most of the time just a SIMPLE REP in the office... She advised me to get a deferment in January of 2019 to get me caught up but Best thing shes ever done BTW!!!! Finally my EDD had kicked in and was able to pay..On May 31-2019 my EDD stoped I had not returned to work yet due to my infant health the baby I had just gave birth to. His kidneys had not develop fully in the whom and had to be hospitalized after birth due to his condition he could not be in hot places due to dehydration could be very dangerous for him and life threatening.On or about june 20-2019 I recive a phone call from (VICTORIA) OFFICE MANAGER!please people BE CAREFUL! She said your behind on your bill I said yes I explained what was going on.She said your eligible for a modification if you dont have income?????WHAT!! REALLY i was excited because my bill was going to be cut down by $80.00 She said bring me your last check from EDD to state that you dont have income she said this is offered when theirs a financial hardship..??? I also asked my self and complained why wasnt this given to me before?? In OCT when I got put on bed rest?? She said they had no clue of my situation when I was in their office all the time?? Really lady??? but thats not All!! I took the EDD proff that she needed then waited a couple of days and I get a call back from VICTORIA stating that I had gotten APPROVED!!! for a modification!! I was so excited i called my husband my mom to tell them the good news... VICTORIA told me I need to collect that $80.00 from you in order to get you approved... so I waited no time I let her know I had to go get groceries and that I was going to be in and out the office because of my kids I had all 5 with me including my NB with his kidney condition so I could only come in sighn my modification doc and leave home so I did I went in and she was already waiting for me at the door I signed the modification doc and gave her the $80.00 in a money order and left...she also told me she could help me waive julys payment 5 days later its a true I get a call from (DAISY)?? She sais you need to come in and pay $100.00 before fri or were sending you to repo?WHAT!!?Wait I dont understand I sighned a modification doc last week (DAISY)said im not sure who you spoke with but we need that payment before we send you to repo!with an attitude already Itold her i had been dealing with(VICTORIA)she said shes not here today and idk why she would tell you that?you sighned a deferment not a modification?I told her I had ran in that day she said !Dont you read what you sign? Uh no if I trusted her specifically being the manager?she said she needed my edd payperwork to submit i was confused bacause thats what victoria was doing?i said were did the payment go? Late fees? She said I said no i never agreed on that I asked her to give me the corporate oficce num she declined said they're wasnt one she said they will transfer me back to her so I googled and sure enough their was!Im know dealing with them and want nothing to do with this branch since i dont trust them with any kind of legal paper work or binding of contacts or my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What they did is Fraud!! Illegal!!! Dirty!And heart less to take advantage of my sons condition to foul me!

And (DAISY) Did my family dirty they gave my wife false documents to sign taking advantage of our sons health condition they fouled her completely then DAISY has the nerve to call my wife and tell her that she needs to read what she sighns well it's simple my wife trusted the OFFICE MANAGER VICTORIA and trusted that she would help us and that she had enough training to handle legal paperwork she does not deserve that position since she's a crook and did us dirty with our paperwork she gave her complete wrong docs to sign and explained different paperwork basically she replaced modification paperwork for deferment paperwork when we had not agreed.. taking advantage of my wife's hurry due to our sons health We never agreed on that she asked to have the corporate oficce num DAISY declined said they're wasnt one she said they will transfer her back to that office I googled and sure enough their was!Were know dealing with upper management and they were not so happy when we explained our experience we want nothing to do with this branch since we dont trust them with any kind of legal paper work or binding of contacts or our money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
