  Honestly, everything. From start to finish. Rick truly exceeded all expectations throughout the selling process of a former home and the buying process of our new home. He never failed to communicate any updates--I never had to call, email or text about what was coming next in the process as he was always one step ahead and already contacting me to share updates, next steps, and consistently offering his support. Rick made himself available honoring my particular schedule, even in the evenings well after business hours. He was very quick to respond whether through text, email, or phone call! Rick is such a treasure to the home buying and loan funding process in many ways, yet one in particular that really sets him apart from many others in the field--he doesn't just want your business and secure funding of a home loan. He genuinely educates clients, explains every step thoroughly and is VERY transparent and honest throughout the process. This is a rare find in the business these days and his integrity is next to none! Rick, Stacy, and the rest of the Hernandez team are truly a gift from God and I am so thankful we were led to work with this expectational team! I wouldn't have wanted to give my business to anyone else and will be referring many friends and family, as I trust them! Thank you SO much Rick/Hernandez team! God bless you all!

  This was my 2nd time getting my home financing with this company. Rick Hernandez was our loan officer both times. I have to emphasize that Rick is the best in the industry. He is very professional, honest and upfront. He only tells you what is best in your interest and will never make any fake promises. He guides you in every step of the process and always makes sure his clients are comfortable with the process. I will never go to any other lender except Rick Hernandez!!!! Highly recommend calling Rick Hernandez before you contact anyone else. You will be very satisfied..

  Summit funding not only helped us purchase our home four years ago but Erick and his team helped us refinance our home and pull money out to start our small business. The entire team remembered our names and history from four years ago. They are very caring and professional. Erick and his team exceeded our expectations and made our process easy both times.   Cody Bradbury was such an amazing, well informed lender! Whenever we had questions, he would quickly respond with such thorough explanations. He would break down different options we had, give us updates consistently, and went above & beyond communicating with our realtor/title to ensure we closed on time. In fact, with his help, we were able to close a few days earlier. It’s evident how hard of a worker he is, so thankful how easy this process was with his help.

  We worked with Randy Johnson at Summit Funding to secure a loan for our home. Randy is kind, honest, responsive and worked extremely hard to get us into this house on a very tight timeline and he did so successfully. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process and did an excellent job helping us. We highly recommend Randy and Summit Funding and hope to work with them again in the future.
