  I went to One Main for a loan. Elisha was amazing. Very knowledgeable about my loan and the products that come with the loan. It was smooth and easy. My loan specialist guided me through the entire process. Anyone looking for a personal loan, GOT TO ONE MAIN!

  Very professional. I believe it was Shannon who helped me. Very easy process. Paid my car off and lowered my monthly payment by 75.00 with another 400 cash in my pocket.

  Don't use them. You will pay off your loan and then they will still pull a payment and them make you wait 15 days before they reissue the money they shouldn't have pulled.. never again.

  My experience with one main has been good. I'm rebuilding my credit, from a rocky past, & one main is working with me, in making it possible. I wanted/needed to consolidate a few things, & one main helped in that effort. The representatives I've worked with have been helpful, professional & kind.

  Very fast, very professional, all virtual. Money was deposited quickly after turning in the requested documents. I was able to link to my bank account so there wasn’t a lot of paperwork required and then just signed the e-docs which they went over with me on the phone. This is my second loan from OneMain. I highly recommend it.

  Everyone I spoke with was very nice and respectful, very helpful because I wanted to complete the transaction without coming in because of the pandemic. Everyone was sympathetic and accepting of my needs, everything was completed quickly and I had access to the funds I borrowed in a quick and timely fashion!! Very happy I chose OneMain Financial for my loan needs!! Thank you for everything!!

  The best people to talk to when you get alone they're very nice to you and I don't leave out anything that you shouldn't have I had Joy borrow money from one main because they're the only ones that understands me my own bank.don't.

  One Main has been a very helpful establishment. From the beginning with helping me fill out the loan application. All the customer support team members are extremely polite and knowledgeable. They worked with me when I was struggling to make my payment. For that I am grateful

  They were rude from the start. The day I was there the only two employees I could see where on the phone but either one even waved at me. either one really acted like they wanted to sevice me. Their questions came across as rude and they wanted to use my car that is already financed as collateral. When they turned me down they did not explain to me why or where very nice about anything. The long of the short was their customer service sucks beyond anything I have found in a place similar to this
