  We have been customers for this office for many years and have never experienced service like this before. Terrible customer service today, offered by the clerk Sara! Went into office to pay in full a loan we had. Almost $8600 The cashier's check was short .03 penny's, Sara tells us she will have to get it approved by manager to wave pennys, we tell her to just charge debt card then she says they have to charge a dollar,then that doesn't work, and we can't just give them the pennys, WTH Then there was the issue with wearing a mask. She has us put on mask when going in while all along there was a sign posted that said vaccinated people don't have to mask up, she didn't even ask if we were vaccinated when I took mine off she tried to make me wear the mask while in office nope showed my vacc card. We will never use their services again or refer to other people.

  I came in to get a loan to consolidate my debt every person I came in to contact with was nice and pleasant to deal with . The office was very clean was able to do almost everything over the phone or via email to save me a trip till I needed to come in to sign

  One Main was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They were able to get me the needed funding and helped me to clear out some debt. I would recommend them to all my friends.

  10/10 would not recommend. I took out a $12,000 loan for a 2005 gmc 2500 hd, after totaling my truck one main financial went against my decision to keep the truck and sold it to the insurance for pennys. After I begged them to let me keep it to fix it or use the parts they said in there opinion it wasn’t worth it. Instead they took $1000 more for the truck, pretty upset seeing I just put over $2000 in a brand new transfer case that I feel was stolen from me. As it may have been worth it to them it was not to me, and I greatly expressed this. So if your reading this, just find a different company that will actually listen and care about what you want.

  they make zero effort to help! I call with issues and they say i have to do everything online, i go online and it says you have to call the local branch. There is no way to do paperwork online. They sell you unemployment insurance and then do everything they can to not have to deal with it. They will repeatedly charge your account to rack up fees. Everything is great when things are fine, but throw in an oh i dont know, world wide pandemic, and they could care less. Not their problem!

  I received a call from this office, no one would answer me on the end of the line. I called back had a associate answer the phone, and was about uncommunicative, so she transferred me to another associate asking when I can set up a payment. I had already scheduled a payment for at least 3 business days prior. The associated states to me oh I see it, and seemed extremely nonchalant. On 5.6.2020. My opinion of this office has changed. Professionally they have improved immensely. Their staff and local office manager are more receptive of their Customers plights and issues that occasionally happen in life. I wanted to thank you for treating us with respect and care.

  Did great very friendly service! Just was hoping a lower interest rate! But the best thing to do with these loans since they are temporary is to pay off quick!!!!

  They were great to work with pretty much everything was done online and the time closing the loan in the office was quick. They were very pleasant.

  Total SHARKS! I refinanced my daughters car with them and have been a customer for years, and never late with a payment- when my daughter totaled her car, we still had a balance. Asked for another loan to get a car and was denied, got a call from them after I told them I’d go elsewhere for a loan and they offered me a loan on someone’s car who worked there that was for sale- SO SHADY! Couldn’t give me a loan to buy a car from a dealership, but can give me a loan to buy one of their employee’s car.... no thanks- went that same night and was approved for a car loan with a 5% interest rate from Jerry’s Hyundai. Do not do business here!!!
